Who Founded PeopleSoft

PeopleSoft was founded by David Duffield and Ken Morris in 1987. Duffield served as chairman and chief executive, while Morris led product development. The company focused on human resources and financial management software for large organizations. PeopleSoft went public in 1992 and grew into a major enterprise application vendor. PeopleSoft Products and Market Position

Acquisition by Oracle and Legacy
